TEAM LEADERS are responsible to complete the forms. They are also responsible for all CAST, CREW, LOCATION, and MUSIC forms to be completed by the participants. Everyone is responsible in giving consent and understanding of filming rules/guidelines.
FILMING SAFETY: Team Leaders are responsible for communicating and enacting all safety guidelines. Filming is done at your own risk. GuignolFest and affiliates are not responsible for on-set safety or liable for accidents, property destruction, bodily injury, illness, or death.

On KICK-OFF night 10/16, print and bring the form: "GF2026_TeamEntryForm_GuidelinesElements_PRINT3pgs"
to your assigned 10-minute appointment. This is will be your Team Agreement
to participate and to write down your required sub-genre and elements.
